Salary: $19.75 - $27.75 / Hourly

Responsibilities

1. Learn and perform basic dental assisting functions under the supervision of a licensed dentist, following state regulations.
2. Participate in providing a positive patient experience by focusing on patient needs and concerns.
3. Perform infection control procedures to ensure safety during sterilization and cleaning.
4. Assist with radiographs and intra-oral pictures after completing radiation safety requirements.
5. Prepare for patient care procedures, support chairside assistance, and facilitate patient handoff to the front desk.
6. Instruct patients on postoperative and oral health care as directed by the dentist.
7. Record patient charting and treatment notes in the digital system.
8. Support patient care by presenting treatment records and health information to the dentist.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, etc.).

Qualifications

• No prior dental experience required.
