Affordable Dentures & Implants is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to join our Maryland team. You will work closely with dentists and in-house lab professionals to support dentures, implants, oral surgery, and removable prosthetics while delivering exceptional patient care.

The role emphasizes patient education, accurate documentation, and maintaining infection control standards in a fast-paced clinical setting. On-site opportunities for growth and hands-on training are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Dental Assistant and X-ray certification as per state requirements.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent chairside support and create a welcoming patient experience.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, equipment, and materials before each appointment.
• Assist dentists during dentures, implants, oral surgery, extractions, and prosthetic treatments.
• Take and assist with denture impressions and wax bites under dentist direction.
• Assist with denture insertions, adjustments, relines, and repairs as permitted by state law.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, denture options, implants, post-operative care, and finances.
