Aspen Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant in Ohio. You will support the clinical team, receive comprehensive training, and help deliver high-quality care to patients in the community.

This full-time role emphasizes patient comfort and efficient clinical operations. You will take dental x-rays, assist during procedures, maintain operatory sterilization, educate patients, and coordinate with the team to ensure top-tier patient satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with patients.
• Active license/permit as required by the state; including x-ray certification if required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

Aufgaben

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Execute patient handoffs and monitor patient flow within the practice.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health.
• Complete denture relines and manufacture temporary crowns.
• Perform quality impressions and bite registrations.
• Perform digital intraoral scans.
• Support patient charting for doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
