As a Dental Assistant, you will help support the clinical needs of the practice’s patients, take x-rays, set up operatory, and educate patients while collaborating with a skilled team to ensure excellent patient care and community impact.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages
• Ability to work collaboratively with dental team
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
• Active license or permit as required by the state; x-ray certification if required

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Take dental x-rays
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health
• Complete denture relines and temporary crowns
• Perform quality impressions and bite registrations
• Perform digital intraoral scans
• Support patient charting for doctors
• Collaborate with practice team to ensure patient satisfaction
