Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Full Time Dental Assistant II to support the dentist with dental procedures and patient care. You will coordinate treatments, schedule visits, maintain instruments, and help manage patient histories in a fast-paced clinic.

Ideal candidates bring DAII training, 2–5 years of experience and CDA or radiology certification. Knowledge of Eaglesoft or Denticon is a plus, with strong teamwork and confidentiality across locations.

Qualifications

• DAII training or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years dental assistant experience preferred.
• CDA certification or radiology exam per NC Board.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of Eaglesoft and/or Denticon a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist in providing dental treatment.
• Act as treatment coordinator; present plans to patients.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage obstacles.
• Maintain instruments, supplies and equipment.
• Record patient medical histories accurately.
• Assist with patient management during procedures.
• Complete instrument cleaning, sterilization and room sanitation.
• Prepare materials and equipment for scheduled treatment.
• Complete dental charting and inventory duties.
