Job summary

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a Full Time Dental Assistant II for our Cary West location. You will support the dentist during procedures, coordinate treatments, and help manage patient flow. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and patient communication.

The position requires DAII training or equivalent, 2–5 years’ experience, and CPR certification (or within 30 days). Knowledge of Eaglesoft or Denticon is a plus.

Qualifications

• DAII training or equivalent.
• 2–5 years dental assistant experience preferred.
• CDA certification or radiological equivalency exam or CODA-accredited program.
• CPR certification or eligible within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of Eaglesoft and/or Denticon a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist in providing dental treatment.
• Serve as treatment coordinator; prepare and present treatment plans to patients.
• Schedule patient appointments; coordinate around obstacles.
• Maintain dental instruments, supplies and equipment.
