The role emphasizes patient care, equipment maintenance, sterilization, and accurate charting. CPR/X-ray certification and Denticon knowledge are valued, with travel to other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• DAII training or equivalent (required).
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• SC Xray Certification required.
• CPR certification (or able to obtain within 30 days).
• Ability to explain treatment plans and insurance information clearly.
• Knowledge of Denticon is a plus.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
• Able to travel to other locations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures.
• Present and review treatment plans with patients.
• Schedule appointments and support patient flow.
• Maintain equipment, instruments, and clinical supply inventory.
• Take and record patient health histories.
• Perform sterilization, operatory turnover, and dental charting.
• Prepare materials and equipment for scheduled procedures.
• Support additional clinical tasks as needed.
