Job summary

Doby's Bridge Pediatric Dentistry in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Dental Assistant II to support pediatric dentists chairside, prepare and sterilize instruments, and educate families on oral care. The role may require flexibility to support multiple locations.

You will capture dental X-rays, maintain patient records, and assist front-office tasks as needed. Certification as CDA/EFDA and nitrous oxide and coronal polishing credentials are preferred, with bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• CDA/EFDA certification or eligibility.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and infection control.
• Experience assisting pediatric patients a must.
• Knowledge of Curve dental software preferred.

Schedule:Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday

What We’re Looking For

• CDA or EFDA certification
• Coronal Polishing & Nitrous Oxide certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy, HIPAA compliance, and infection control
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Familiarity with Curve dental software preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus
