1. Chairside Assistance: Support the dentist during procedures, manage instruments, suction, and ensure patient comfort.
2. Patient Care: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean environment.
3. X-Ray Imaging: Capture dental X-rays following safety protocols.
4. Patient Education: Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options.
5. Records Management: Update patient records and dental charts accurately in EHR systems.
6. Infection Control: Follow sterilization and disinfection protocols strictly.
7. Appointment Scheduling: Manage and confirm patient appointments.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support.
9. Certifications Required: Current CPR, Coronal Polishing, and X-ray certification.
10. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, proficiency in dental procedures, infection control knowledge, and compassionate patient care.
