Responsibilities:
  1. Chairside Assistance: Support the dentist during procedures, manage instruments, suction, and ensure patient comfort.
  2. Patient Care: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
  3. X-Ray Imaging: Capture dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols.
  4. Patient Education: Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options.
  5. Records Management: Update patient records and dental charts accurately in EHR systems.
  6. Infection Control: Follow sterilization and disinfection protocols strictly.
  7. Appointment Scheduling: Manage and confirm patient appointments.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Cornol Polishing Certification
  • X-ray certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in dental procedures and instrument handling
  • Thorough understanding of infection control protocols and OSHA standards
  • A compassionate approach to patient care and comfort
