Qualifications

• Ability to operate in a manner that prevents exposure to communicable diseases.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with patients verbally and in writing.
• Must have completed a formal Dental Assistant program or have 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dental provider with chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry technique.
• Provide patient education and instructions during dental procedures.
• Communicate provider delays and maintain proper sterilization methods.
