Job summary

Seamar in Mount Vernon is seeking a Dental Assistant II to assist dental providers in delivering quality care to patients. This role includes chairside support, patient education, and coordination of clinic activities.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a formal dental assistant program completion, and a minimum of 6 months' experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of work experience in dental assisting.
• Should be registered with the Washington State Department of Health.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist dental providers with patient care using four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Provide patient education and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Maintain proper sterilization methods and assist in inventory management.
