Qualifications
Completion of a formal Dental Assistant program or 1+ year experience.
Washington State DOH Dental Assistant Registration required.
BLS CPR required within 90 days of hire.
Strong infection control and patient communication skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry across multiple procedures.
Escort and greet patients; ensure patient comfort and confidentiality.
Assist with patient charting, vitals, and dental documentation.
Maintain sterilization and infection control standards.
Support scheduling, inventory, supply ordering, and quality improvement activities.
Train new staff and assist with competency testing and ongoing education.
