We are seeking a skilled and caring Dental Assistant to support our dental team. The Dental Assistant will assist dentists and hygienists, ensure smooth clinic operations, and deliver exceptional patient experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and committed to patient care.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Thursdays Off, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

1. Chairside Assistance: Support the dentist during procedures, manage instruments, suction, and ensure patient comfort.
2. Patient Care: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean environment.
3. X-Ray Imaging: Capture dental X-rays following safety protocols.
4. Patient Education: Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options.
5. Records Management: Update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems accurately.
6. Infection Control: Follow sterilization and disinfection protocols strictly.
7. Appointment Scheduling: Manage and confirm patient appointments.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support.

Minimum Requirements:

• Dental Assistant certification
• X-ray certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and multitasking abilities

• Understanding of infection control protocols and OSHA standards
