Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and caring Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The Dental Assistant will play a crucial role in assisting our dentists and hygienists, ensuring the smooth operation of the dental clinic, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to patient care.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, Thursdays Off 7 : 45-5.

Responsibilities

  • Chairside Assistance : Support the dentist during procedures, managing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort.
  • Patient Care : Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
  • X-Ray Imaging : Capture dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Patient Education : Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options.
  • Records Management : Accurately update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems.
  • Infection Control : Strictly follow sterilization and disinfection protocols.
  • Appointment Scheduling : Help manage and confirm patient appointments.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support.

Qualifications

  • Dental Assistant certification.
