Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and caring Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The Dental Assistant will play a crucial role in assisting our dentists and hygienists, ensuring the smooth operation of the dental clinic, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to patient care. Willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities
  • Chairside Assistance: Support the dentist during procedures, managing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort.
  • Patient Care: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
  • X-Ray Imaging: Capture dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Patient Education: Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options.
  • Records Management: Accurately update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems.
  • Infection Control: Strictly follow sterilization and disinfection protocols.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Help manage and confirm patient appointments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support.
