Job summary
A Lifetime of Smiles is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to join our Illinois Valley practice. You will work with four experienced doctors, gain exposure to comprehensive dentistry, advanced technology, and a wide variety of procedures in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications
- Compassionate, patient-focused Dental Assistant with a collaborative mindset.
- Certifications in dental assisting are a plus but not required.
- Ability to learn and grow under supervision of experienced doctors.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for a busy clinic.
Responsibilities
- Assist our doctors during a variety of dental procedures.
- Help create an exceptional and comfortable patient experience.
- Take digital radiographs.
- Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms.
- Follow sterilization and infection-control protocols.
- Review and record medical histories and clinical notes.
- Fabricate temporary restorations and take impressions.
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education.
- Support the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly.
