Qualifications

• Dental assisting certification preferred.
• 1+ years of dental office experience.
• Experience with EMR and medical terminology.
• Proficiency assisting the dentist during procedures.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged and will be compensated at an increased rate.

Responsibilities

• Explain treatment options to patients to aid understanding.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Take dental radiographs and assist during procedures.
• Maintain infection-control policies.
• Support front office handoffs and scheduling.
• Provide patient comfort before, during, and after treatment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care.
• Assist across dental specialties as needed.
