Job summary

Smith & Co. Dental Practitioners in Bel Air, MD seeks a friendly Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. You’ll chairside assist, prepare rooms, and help maintain sterile protocols in a fast-paced, patient-centered practice.

Qualifications

• X-ray certification is required.
• Prior dental assisting experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
• Strong chairside presence and genuine care for patients.
• Detail-oriented and able to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor chairside through a full range of procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and manage sterilization protocols.
• Take and process digital X-rays.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients throughout their visit with warmth and clarity.
