Smith & Co. Dental Practitioners in Bel Air, MD is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team of dental professionals. You’ll work chairside with a doctor who values your role and with a front office team that keeps things running smoothly. Compensation ranges from $18 to $27 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• X-ray certification is required.
• Prior dental assisting experience preferred; we’ll train the right person.
• Strong chairside presence and genuine care for patients.
• Detail-oriented and calm under pressure.
• Dentrix familiarity is a bonus, not a requirement.

Responsabilités

• Assist the doctor chairside through a full range of procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and manage sterilization protocols.
• Take and process digital X-rays.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients throughout their visit with warmth and clarity.

Compensation

• $18 - $27 an hour based on experience

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday
• No weekends
