Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the dental hygienist to prepare the room, seat patients, and take proper documentation of the patients visit.
• Record and review patients’ health history, make chart entries under supervision, and assure completion of forms and signatures.
• Educate patients on their treatment plans and maintaining their oral health.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal skills and positive relationships with team and patients.
• Communicate professionally both orally and in writing with a service-oriented approach.
