Job summary

North American Dental Group in Dayton, OH is seeking a Dental Assistant to provide outstanding clinical support, prep patients for procedures, and assist doctors in restorative dentistry.

Qualifications

• Dental Assisting Certification or prior on-the-job training.
• 1-5 years of experience preferred; will consider new graduates
• Radiography/ X-RAY certification for respective state
• CPR Certification required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patient.

Responsibilities

• Dental Assistant partners with the practice team to provide excellent clinical support to help patients get the care they need.
• Dental Assistant will help prepare the patient for treatment and assist the dentist in restorative dentistry.
• Exposes and develops dental diagnostic radiographs.
• Follows OSHA regulations and safety requirements including HIPAA guidelines, CPR, X-rays, and other required certifications and registrations.
