North American Dental Group is seeking a Dental Assistant to partner with our practice team in Pickerington, OH. You will provide chair-side support, assist dentists in restorative procedures, manage patient prep, and help maintain a sterile, compliant clinical environment.

Responsibilities include radiographs, patient education, and accurate charting while upholding OSHA/HIPAA standards. Prior dental assisting certification and state radiography certification are required.

Qualifikationen

• Dental Assisting Certification or prior on the job training.
• 1-5 years of experience preferred; will consider new graduates.
• Radiography/ X-RAY certification for respective state.
• CPR Certification required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patient.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellent chair-side clinical support and assist Doctors and Hygienists with charting, operatory setup/cleanup, and patient education.
• Record and review patient health history; chart entries under doctor’s direction.
• Review daily schedule to set up trays and instruments.
• Prepare patients, sterilize and disinfect instruments, and assist dentists during procedures following OSHA guidelines.
• Expose and develop dental radiographs.
• Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA regulations and maintain required certifications.
