Job summary

WEST COAST DENTAL ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES LLC in Corona, CA is hiring a Dental Assistant (DA). This role supports our California-based providers in a fast-paced clinical setting, ensuring sterilization, room preparation, X-rays, charting and patient education.

Qualifications

• Active California Dental Assistant certification as required by state law.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
• Experience with Denticon or similar dental software preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization of instruments
• Assist dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Take digital X-rays in compliance with CA radiology standards
• Chart procedures and document clinical notes accurately
• Provide patient education on post-treatment care and oral hygiene
• Maintain inventory and assist with ordering dental supplies
• Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance
• Support front office when needed to enhance patient experience
