Spectrum Healthcare Resources seeks a Dental Assistant for the Orlando VAMC at Lake Nona Medical Center. This full-time role supports chairside duties, coordinates patient care, and follows post-op instructions.

Qualifications

• One year dental assistant program accredited by CODA.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a dental assistant.
• Competent in four-handed dentistry and assisting with specialty procedures.
• Dental Radiological Certificate and current BLS/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Perform chairside duties in all phases of dentistry including prosthodontics, periodontics, surgery and endodontics.
• Receive routing patients, document care information, and educate patients on their care.
• Instruct and assist dental trainees in the Dental Clinic.
