Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources seeks a Dental Assistant to join the team at the Vierra VA Clinic in Orlando, FL. This full-time position offers a consistent schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) with competitive benefits and paid time off. Candidates must complete a CODA-accredited program, have at least one year of experience, and hold current BLS/CPR and a radiographic certificate. A broad duties scope includes four-handed dentistry and various specialty procedures.

Qualifications

• One-year CODA-accredited dental assistant program completed.
• Minimum one year of experience as a dental assistant.
• Proficient in four-handed dentistry and assisting with specialty procedures.
• Dental radiological certificate.
• Current BLS and/or CPR card.

Responsibilities

• Perform chairside duties in all dentistry phases including prosthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery and endodontics.
• Receive routing patients, record patient care information, and provide post-op instructions.
• Instruct and assist dental trainees in the clinic.
