JACKSON PEDIATRIC Dentistry in Jackson, NJ is seeking a Dental Assistant to provide chairside assistance, take and develop dental X-rays, and maintain infection control protocols. The position offers a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with hours as listed, and a competitive hourly wage of $19–$25 based on experience.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of dental assisting experience, an X-ray/Radiography Certification, and a licensed X-ray.

Competenze

Must have X-ray / Radiography Certification.
1+ years of dental assisting experience.
Valid X-Ray License.

Mansioni

Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
Take and develop dental X-rays (X-ray license required).
Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and infection control protocols.
Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout procedures.
Record patient medical history and treatment information accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked operatory.
Support the team in providing exceptional patient care.

Pay

$19 - $25 per hour

$19–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Shift & Schedule

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements

License & Certification: X-ray / Radiography Certification
Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental assistant with 1+ years of practice

At least 1 year of chairside assisting experience (Required)

At least 1 year of dental assisting experience (Required)

Valid X-Ray License (Required)

Preferences

Excellent communication and time-management skills
