South St Louis Dental Group in Missouri is seeking a friendly Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. You’ll support four doctors, maintain a fast-paced but friendly environment, and help patients keep excellent oral health.

We offer a stable, five-day workweek (Mon–Fri, 8–5) with no evenings or weekends, a remodeled practice with modern equipment, and a team that values collaboration and patient comfort.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of dental assisting experience.
• Comfortable with dental terminology and procedures.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and anticipates needs before asked.
• Team player with genuine care for patients.
• EFDA certification a plus, not required.
• X-Ray certification preferred.
• Experience with Dentrix, iTero, and digital x-rays a plus.

Aufgaben

• Set up and break down patient rooms, and keep instruments and operatories sterilized.
• Assist with fillings, crowns, endo, ortho, oral surgery, and prosthodontics.
• Take diagnostic x-rays and digital/iTero scans.
• Support hygienists with new patient diagnostics and periodontal charting.
• Manage lab cases start to finish — impressions, shade matching, lab slips, tracking.
• Prep and place temporary crowns.
• Keep clinical notes and charting accurate and up to date.
• Help patients understand their treatment and feel comfortable in the chair.

Dental Assistant

We're looking for a Dental Assistant to join our clinical team and help our patients keep great oral health, backed by four amazing doctors and a genuinely great group of people to work alongside.

We run a tight, well-organized practice — clear systems, clear expectations, everyone knowing what's next — but it's also a place where the team actually likes each other. We laugh between patients, we back each other up, and we take pride in doing things right.

Schedule: We're open five days a week (Monday–Friday, 8–5), which means a steady, predictable routine — no evenings, no weekends, and no guessing what your week looks like.

Our office is fully remodeled with modern equipment, including 3D CBCT, digital radiography, a diode laser, iTero digital scanning, and 42\" TVs in every operatory.
