Bright Direction Dental is hiring a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our Lansing team. You will work closely with our dentists to support a range of general procedures and handle light admin duties. The role emphasizes a friendly, team‑oriented environment and commitment to patient care.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and OSHA‑compliant sterilization practices. Experience with charting and scheduling is preferred.

Dental Assistant (Full‑Time)

A skilled and compassionate Full‑Time Dental Assistant (DA) is needed to work closely with our dentists and team members to provide exceptional dental care and perform light administrative duties. Join a small, cross‑trained team that values positive attitude and love for dentistry.

Schedule

• Monday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Team

• One FT Dentist and one PT Dentist (experienced)
• One FT Front Desk Coordinator
• Two FT Registered Dental Hygienists (a few temps on call)
• One FT Dental Assistant

Requirements

• Michigan X‑Ray certification preferred
• Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry proceduresSterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR certification
• Computer efficiency—charting and scheduling
