Heartland Dental’s Dental Care at Village Walk in Holly Springs, NC is hiring a Dental Assistant. The successful candidate will greet patients, review health histories, take X-rays, and provide chairside assistance with various procedures. Training is available for motivated new graduates.

Qualifications

• Dental terminology and procedures knowledge required.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills expected.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate patients through treatment.
• Review health history to plan care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic data (iTero, digital imaging).
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry).
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
