Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, manage scheduling, maintain a welcoming front desk.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, confirm upcoming appointments.
• Assist the dentist chairside during procedures such as restorations and cleanings.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories between patients.
• Take and process digital dental X-rays as directed.
• Manage patient records, treatment plans, and insurance verification.
• Process billing, co-pays, and coordinate with providers.
