Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
• If required, dental assistant and/or x-ray certification.
• A Minnesota dental assisting license is required or in process of obtaining.
• One year previous dental assisting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, providing appropriate education throughout treatment.
• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments.
• Provide chairside assistance during various procedures.
• Prepare treatment room with adherence to safety protocols.
• Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and record keeping.
