Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant in Florida, offering full-time employment with a salary of $18–$23 per hour. You will assist in clinical procedures, take x-rays, manage operatory setup and sterilization, and support patient care while upholding infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Active license/registration/permit as required by state; including x-ray certification if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of dental treatment procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Explain patient handoffs and monitor patient flow within the practice.
• Maintain infection control – sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene.
• Assist with dentures, crown relines, and bite registrations.
• Perform digital intraoral scans and impressions.
• Support patient charting for doctors and complete office tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the practice team to ensure patient satisfaction.
