Qualified candidates will have dental office experience; Eaglesoft billing experience is a plus. Willingness to train toward an X-Ray license and strong organizational skills are essential.

• Experience in Patterson Eaglesoft billing system, a PLUS!

• A candidate willing to assist the clinical team.
• A candidate with experience as a Dental Assistant and/or X-Ray license, a PLUS! Willingness to train and advance in skills as a Dental Assistant including obtaining an X-Ray license.
• A candidate who recognizes the importance of continuing education and constructive criticism to advance their skills.
• A candidate comfortable to offer suggestions to assist in meeting practice goals with firm organizational skills and accountability to meet those initiatives.
• A great communicator with a positive attitude comfortable speaking with both patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the clinical team in daily dental procedures and patient flow.
• Support front-to-back office operations and patient scheduling.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized operatory and clinic environment.
• Participate in continuing education and skill advancement toward an X-Ray license.
• Collaborate with the team to meet practice goals and improve patient care.
