Rinaldi Family Dentistry LLC in Bangor, PA is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join a fast-growing, family-centered practice. The role emphasizes patient care, teamwork, and high-quality service as we expand and enhance community oral health.

Qualified candidates will have dental office experience; Eaglesoft billing experience is a plus. Willingness to train toward an X-Ray license and strong organizational skills are essential.

• A candidate comfortable to offer suggestions to assist in meeting practice goals with firm organizational skills and accountability to meet those initiatives.
• A great communicator with a positive attitude comfortable speaking with both patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the clinical team in daily dental procedures and patient flow.
• Support front-to-back office operations and patient scheduling.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized operatory and clinic environment.
• Participate in continuing education and skill advancement toward an X-Ray license.
• Collaborate with the team to meet practice goals and improve patient care.

We are now hiring a full time Dental Assistant with the following qualifications:

This position will be required to work one evening hour per week, plus one Saturday per month.

We are fast-paced, quickly growing dental practice in need of a new team member willing to assist in multiple capacities to advance our practice. We are a close knit team working together to ensure we adhere to our standard of high quality care.
