Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant with no prior dental experience. You’ll receive paid training through DANB and a defined path to becoming a CDA while supporting patients in your community.

Salary ranges $20-$22 per hour. Training includes radiology and safety certification via DANB. Benefits include paid time off, health/vision/401(k), continuing education, and paid CDA certification renewal after earned. Scheduling varies by location: part-time, full-time or flexible.

Entry-Level Dental Assistant

No dental experience or certification is required to apply. As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you’ll get paid, hands-on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) — all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary: $20 - $22 / hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Obtain your radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
