Aspen Dental Management, Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Alabama. No prior dental experience required.

You will receive paid training through DANB and a clear path to becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA). You’ll work with a team that serves the community while you learn on the job. The role offers hourly pay of $19–$20, with full-time opportunities and flexible scheduling depending on location.

Responsabilités

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Supports patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

Entry-Level Dental Assistant

No dental experience or certification is required to apply. As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you’ll get paid, hands-on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) — all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary: $19 - $20 / hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
