Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to join our community-based team. No prior experience or certification is required, with paid training through the DANB partnership and a clear path to becoming a CDA.

Salary ranges from $20 to $24 per hour with full-time hours available. You'll assist during procedures, prepare operatories, uphold infection control, and support doctors with patient charting and routine office tasks.

Entry-Level Dental Assistant

No dental experience or certification is required to apply. As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant , you'll get paid, hands-on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) - all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary: $20 - $24 / hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You'll Do Day-to-Day:

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures

• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment

• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment

• Supports patient charting for Doctors

• Perform various office tasks as necessary

• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Obtain your radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds

• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
