Job summary

Aspen Dental in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant with no prior experience. You will receive paid, hands-on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) while supporting a team that serves patients in your community.

This full-time role offers paid radiology and safety certification training through our DANB partnership, with opportunities for part-time and flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain radiology safety certification within state timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control — prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

Entry-Level Dental Assistant

No dental experience or certification is required to apply. As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you’ll get paid, hands-on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) - all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary: $16 - $18 / hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Obtain your radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
