Job summary

Aspen Dental in Chelmsford, MA is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No prior experience required; you’ll be paid to train through our DANB partnership and work toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) while serving the community.

Responsibilities include assisting during procedures, operatory setup/breakdown, infection control, charting support, and general office tasks. Training is paid, with part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling across locations.

Qualifications

Entry-Level Dental Assistant

No dental experience or certification is required to apply. As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you’ll get paid, hands-on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) - all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary: $19 - $21 / hour Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time and flexible scheduling available*

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Obtain your radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
