Job summary

Dental365 is seeking an entry-level dental assistant (floater) to welcome patients, support the dentist, and ensure sterilization and infection control across operatories. The role offers a pathway to certifications and a stable, patient-centered environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a resume showing consistent employment history are valued. The position is on-site at our Brick Township practice with full-time availability and a competitive benefits package.

HIRING SCHEDULE:

• Monday: 9:00am - 3:00pm


• Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm


• Wednesday: 10:00am - 5:00pm


• Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

*Ability to add hours for those looking for full-time!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcoming patients with a smile, making them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.


• Support the Dentist with various procedures.


• Ensure strict infection control by meticulously preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.


• Sanitizing and prepping operatories for respective treatments.


• Adhere to OSHA and safety policies, prioritizing a secure and healthy environment.


• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed


• Undertake diverse office tasks as needed for seamless practice operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• This is an entry level position (floater) - previous experience in Dental Assisting and NJ Radiology certification a plus! Open to applicants on the pathway to obtaining their certifications!


• Any certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties.


• A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history.


• Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Salary Range: $17/HR - $24/HR (range may vary based on experience level)
