Dental365 is hiring an entry-level dental assistant floater at our Brick Township, NJ practice. You will welcome patients, support the dentist, and help maintain a clean, safe environment in a busy dental office.

We offer flexible benefits and a salary range of $17–$24 per hour, with full-time opportunities (30+ hours weekly) and a focus on patient experience and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Entry-level floater position in dental team.
• NJ Radiology certification a plus or pursuing certification.
• Resume showing stable employment history.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills for excellent patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with a smile and make them comfortable.
• Assist the dentist with procedures.
• Maintain infection control through sterilization of instruments.
• Prepare operatories for treatments and sanitize treatment rooms.
• Follow OSHA and safety policies for a secure environment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene as needed.
• Support office operations as required.

HIRING SCHEDULE

• Monday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
• Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Wednesday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
• Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Ability to add hours for those looking for full‑time!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcoming patients with a smile, making them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
• Support the Dentist with various procedures.
• Ensure strict infection control by meticulously preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Sanitizing and prepping operatories for respective treatments.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety policies, prioritizing a secure and healthy environment.
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed
• Undertake diverse office tasks as needed for seamless practice operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• This is an entry level position (floater) - previous experience in Dental Assisting and NJ Radiology certification a plus! Open to applicants on the pathway to obtaining their certifications!
• Any certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties.
• A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.
