Passion Dental at Manchester Dentistry and Braces is seeking an energetic Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Relationship Practice Experience, fostering Patients for Life. You will perform a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties to ensure efficient, high-quality dental treatment while creating a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Patient care experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Support clinicians in delivering exceptional patient care and the Relationship Practice Experience (RPE)
• Assist doctors during a variety of dental treatment procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care
• Sterilize and maintain instruments according to OSHA and infection control standards
• Take dental radiographs as permitted by state regulations
• Provide pre- and post-operative patient education
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Support restorative, surgical, preventive, and specialty procedures
• Collaborate effectively with doctors, hygienists, specialists, and front office team members
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered office environment
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
