Job summary

Dentist Downtown Seattle is seeking a dedicated dental assistant to join our Seattle team. You will support dental procedures, manage instruments and sterilization, and maintain accurate patient records. You will collaborate with dentists and hygienists to ensure smooth patient care and safety.

The role requires familiarity with dental equipment, EMR usage, and radiography; experience with Cerec and intraoral scanning is a plus. We value patient care and teamwork in a vibrant practice.

Qualifications

  • Interest in infection control and sterilization practices.
  • Willingness to travel for training as needed.
  • Experience with sedation or implants is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for dental procedures and set up instruments.
  • Assist dentists and hygienists during procedures.
  • Record treatment information in patient charts.
  • Expose dental X-rays and maintain X-ray equipment.
  • Provide postoperative oral hygiene instructions to patients.
