Job summary

Smilebuilderz LLC is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our general dentistry team. The ideal candidate holds DANB certification, Pennsylvania radiology certification, and CPR/BLS certification, with strong infection control knowledge and excellent patient care skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold current DANB Certification.
• Must hold current Pennsylvania radiology certification.
• Must hold CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting for general dentistry procedures including restorative, crown & bridge, extractions, endodontics, and preventive services.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
• Take and process dental radiographs.
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures.
• Assist with impressions, temporaries, and digital scanning.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide post-operative instructions to patients.
• Manage inventory and maintain organized clinical areas.
• Support smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling.
