Job summary

Gold Coast Dental in Orange, CA, is hiring a Dental Assistant to join a growing, privately owned practice. You will support the dentist, prepare rooms, take X-rays where certified, sterilize instruments, and help deliver excellent patient care in a supportive, small-team environment.

We welcome both new entrants and experienced assistants who are eager to learn and grow with the practice. This full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits as the team expands.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment
• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit
• Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Take digital X-rays (as permitted by certification)
• Keep operatories organized, stocked, and ready for patient care
• Educate patients on post-operative instructions and oral hygiene
• Support the team in creating an exceptional patient experience
