Gold Coast Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant who will join a privately owned, growing practice. The role focuses on learning our systems, assisting dentists, and delivering excellent patient care in a supportive, team-centered environment.

We offer a full-time position with competitive pay ($18–$24/hour, based on experience), medical and dental benefits, retirement plan, and opportunities for training and development as the practice expands.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment.
• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit.
• Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures.

• Take digital X-rays (as permitted by certification).
• Keep operatories organized, stocked, and ready for patient care.
• Educate patients on post-operative instructions and oral hygiene.
• Support the team in creating an exceptional patient experience.
