Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Dental Assistant in Sterling, CO. This contract-full-time position offers $27 per hour and a 40-hour workweek, supporting the dentist during patient care and ensuring room and tool readiness.

You will handle intake paperwork, update patient records, sterilize tools, and assist with procedures while meeting licensing and health requirements.

Qualifications

• Current license or certificate in state of practice.
• One year experience as Dental Assistant preferred.
• CPR certification current if applicable.
• TB questionnaire/PPD or chest X-ray if applicable.
• Current health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Dental Assistant provides support to the dentist duringpatient care and completes the preparation of the room and dentaltools/equipment. The Dental Assistantcompletes intake paperwork, updates patient records, sterilizes and organizesdental tools, and assists during any dental procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current License/Certificate within state of practice

• One year experience as Dental Assistant preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
