Dental Dreams LLC in Chicago Heights, IL is hiring Dental Assistants to join our team. No prior dental assistant experience required; we welcome motivated entry-level candidates with a passion for patient care and strong customer service.

As a Dental Assistant, you will work under a dentist, assist during exams, take X-rays, maintain a clean office, and support inventory and front-desk tasks. Bilingual Spanish is preferred; full-time Mon-Fri with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish (Preferred)
• Excellent Customer Service experience
• Previous Healthcare Experience (Preferred)
• Full Time Availibility - Mon-Fri & Rotating Saturdays
• No Dental Assistant Experience is required!

Responsibilities

• Work under the general supervision and guidance of a dentist
• Provide chair side assistance to the Dentist during dental examinations and treatment
• Charting during the dental examination
• Take and process X-rays
• Sterilize and maintain instruments, as well as the Sterilization Area
• Set up and break down operatories
• Assist with supply inventory and ordering
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment
• Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication

DOE. Starting $15-16.50/hr without prior experience.
