Job summary

Dental Dreams LLC in Chicago Heights, IL is hiring a Dental Assistant to join our growing team. You will work under a dentist, provide chair-side assistance, take X-rays, and help maintain a clean, organized office.

No prior dental experience is required, and bilingual Spanish is a plus. This full-time position offers competitive compensation, paid training, medical and vision insurance, PTO, a 401K, and free dental treatment at our locations. Schedule includes Mon-Fri with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Full-time availability—Mon-Fri and rotating Saturdays.
• No prior dental assistant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of a dentist.
• Provide chair-side assistance during examinations and treatments.
• Charting during the dental examination.
• Take and process X-rays.
• Sterilize and maintain instruments and the Sterilization Area.
• Set up and break down operatories.
• Assist with supply inventory and ordering.
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
• Assist with presenting and explaining treatment plans.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Salary Range: $15.00 To $16.50 Hourly

PAY:

DOE. Starting $15-16.50/hr without prior experience.
